In Novosibirsk, on Rimsky-Korsakov Street, a building cracked from the cold.

The owner of one of the apartments called the emergency services early this morning and said that the house was collapsing and the ceiling was falling on it.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations and public utilities arrived at the scene and found that the house was not going to fall yet. The seam cracked from the cold. Stucco fell on the heads of the residents, which is very unpleasant, but not fatal. Emergency services are on site. Now the commission has to decide how to fix the house.

Residents say the crack has been around for a couple of years, but today it has grown dramatically.

Хозяин одной из квартир сегодня ранним утром позвонил в экстренные службы и заявил, что дом рушится, и на него падает потолок.

МЧС и коммунальщики приехали на место и установили, что дом пока падать не собирается. От морозов треснул шов. На головы жильцам посыпалась штукатурка, что очень неприятно, но не смертельно. Экстренные службы работают на месте. Теперь комиссии предстоит решить, как починить домик.

Жильцы утверждают, трещине уже пару лет, но сегодня она резко увеличилась.
