Alexander Belyushin will go to jail during the investigation

Alapaevsky District Court arrested Alexander Belyushin for the duration of the investigation. He will spend the next two months behind bars. A man is accused of killing Lyubov's ex-wife. During interrogation, he admitted his guilt.

“I didn’t want to kill her,” Belyushin said in court.

The defendant's lawyer argued that Alexander's guilt had not been proven.

- Belyushin's involvement in the violent death was not established by the investigation. At the moment, one can only guess what caused the death of Love. I believe that, given the personality and characteristics of Belyushin - the fact that he had a place of work, a place of residence, supported four children - I see no reason for his arrest, the lawyer said.

Recall that the 36-year-old mother of five children, Lyubov Belyushina, has been searched since December 22. Three weeks later, on January 11, the woman was found dead. The woman worked in a farm shop. According to colleagues, conflicts often occurred in the family: the ex-husband drank and beat the woman.

After the disappearance of Lyubov, the police said that the number one suspect was Alexander Belyushin. At the same time, the man successfully passed the polygraph and denied his involvement in the incident.

However, Alexander soon confessed to the murder. According to a friend of the deceased, he said that he strangled his ex-wife. It turned out that he had previously threatened her with violence.
