Two Russian vessels associated with the military began to export containers – apparently with weapons – from North Korea to Primorsky Krai from mid-August. At about the same time, the arms depot in the Krasnodar Territory began expanding the pits for storing ammunition. North Korean containers have been arriving there by rail since the end of September.
This is evidenced by the analysis of satellite images conducted by experts of the British Royal United Institute for Defense Studies (RUSI), which they shared with The Washington Post. American officials confirmed to the newspaper that they consider the warehouse in Krasnodar Tikhoretsk to be the destination for North Korean cargo.
