A video has emerged of allegedly Russian troops executing prisoners of war. The Ukrainian OSINT project DeepState writes that the incident occurred on the evening of February 24 near Bakhmut, and nine Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers became victims of extrajudicial execution.
