One of the NTV employees wounded in Gorlovka has died - the mayor of Gorlovka

One of two employees of the Russian propaganda channel NTV who were seriously wounded by shelling in Gorlovka on Thursday has died. This was reported by the Russian agency RIA with reference to the mayor of Gorlovka. According to RIA, cameraman Valery Kozhin died in the hospital. Earlier it was reported that Kozhin and correspondent Alexey Ivliev are in a coma. They were wounded in Russian-occupied territory, in the village of Golmovsky, which is part of the city of Gorlovka. The fact of Kozhin’s death was confirmed by the TV channel. “Our cameraman Valery Kozhin, wounded today in Gorlovka, has died. Doctors saved him for several hours, but Valera’s injuries turned out to be incompatible with life,” NTV said in a statement.
