Thousands of people in Lviv came to say goodbye to Irina Farion.

On July 19, the ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy died as a result of an assassination attempt - an attacker shot her in the head. The philologist and ex-deputy was known for her strong stance in support of the Ukrainian language. Farion will be buried at the Lychakiv cemetery.
